Your role in our mission

  • Designs, develops, programs methods, processes and systems to consolidate and analyze unstructured, diverse big data sources using machine learning and predictive modeling tools.
  • Builds analytic models to identify and quantify solutions to business problems. Interprets and communicates insights and findings from analysis and experiments to client, service, and business managers. Determines probable future outcomes and recommends and delivers new business process improvements.
  • Provides leadership and work guidance to less experienced personnel towards build of software programs, algorithms and automated processes to cleanse, integrate and evaluate large datasets from multiple disparate sources.
  • Determines the right modeling methodology to the use case, available structured and unstructured data, cost and timing constraints to solve the large and complex business issues and delivers compelling and clear business focused insights
  • Champions global initiatives in data sciences- like building new centers of excellence ( by domain or technology); acts as leading subject matter expert providing guidance and long term vision
  • Influences a client's strategic decisions by using deep industry expertise and deploying innovative analytics solutions in the operational systems


What we're looking for

  • 6+ years of relevant experience in statistics and machine learning
  • Extensive knowledge of data science methodologies including but not limited to supervised machine learning, unsupervised machine learning, and generative AI applications
  • Experience with writing SQL to query multi-dimensional and/or relational databases
  • Experience in developing machine learning and AI solutions using python
  • Experience with data cleansing, validation, and general quality control principals

The pay range for this position is $124,000.00 - $177,100.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
