Director, Global Infrastructure

Contract-to-hire: $85-$100 hourly depending on level of experience
Innovar Group is partnering with a rapidly growing global data center organization to identify a Director of Global Infrastructure who will help shape how infrastructure supports the company’s next phase of expansion. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building scalable environments, leading distributed teams, and driving standardization across regions. You will work closely with executive leadership to ensure infrastructure strategy enables growth, reduces operational risk, and supports global consistency across platforms.
What you’ll lead
- Execution of the global infrastructure strategy across enterprise data center and hybrid cloud environments
- Standardization and automation initiatives that improve performance and operational reliability
- Proactive capacity planning aligned with expansion across multiple regions
- Lifecycle management across compute, storage, virtualization, and enterprise infrastructure platforms
- Global infrastructure compliance with security, regulatory, and audit requirements
- Infrastructure KPIs, performance reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Vendor relationships, infrastructure services procurement, and budget alignment
- Incident response coordination and root-cause improvement initiatives
- Evaluation and adoption strategy for emerging infrastructure technologies

What you bring
- 8+ years of progressive infrastructure leadership experience
- Experience supporting enterprise-scale data center environments
- Strong background in hybrid cloud infrastructure strategy and operations
- Demonstrated success leading teams across multiple geographic regions
- Experience delivering infrastructure transformation initiatives
- Capacity planning and infrastructure lifecycle management expertise
- Strong financial awareness related to infrastructure planning and investment decisions
