Direct Client Requirement
Role overview: Systems Engineer with deep, hands-on Dynatrace expertise to support enterprise application and infrastructure monitoring. This role is heavily focused on system performance monitoring, troubleshooting, setup, infrastructure host, service request and building visibility dashboards. The ideal candidate will be a Dynatrace Subject Matter Expert (SME) with strong systems engineering experience. This is a hands-on technical role working across Linux and Windows environments, with some interaction with Azure cloud
Key responsibilities
Perform end-to-end monitoringof applications, systems, and infrastructure
Install and configure Dynatrace Agents on servers, virtual machines, and other environments
Monitor system performance, including:
Disk utilization
Memory utilization
Application performance metrics
Build and optimize Dynatrace dashboards (approx. 20% of the role)
Work with internal teams to identify performance issues and system improvement opportunities
Required experience
5+ years of hands-on Dynatrace experience (SME/advanced level strongly preferred)
5+ years of Systems Engineering or Infrastructure experience
Strong background with:
Application monitoring
Server/infrastructure monitoring
Performance optimization
Setup and installing & troubleshoot
Experience working with both Linux and Windows environments. Linux is nice to have
Ability to install, manage, and configure monitoring agents
Comfortable interpreting performance trends and troubleshooting system issues
Must have experience with Azure Cloud.
Monitoring bad jobs.
