JOB DESCRIPTION: • Gather business requirements and translate them into reporting and dashboard solutions • Write SQL queries to extract, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources • Build, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards and reports • Connect and integrate data from various systems, including healthcare and Epic-related data sources • Identify trends, KPIs, operational metrics, and opportunities for process improvement • Perform data validation and troubleshooting to ensure reporting accuracy • Partner with business users to understand reporting needs and deliver actionable insights • Create ad hoc reports and recurring reporting solutions • Document reporting processes, calculations, and dashboard logic • Assist with data modeling and understanding relationships between complex data tables |
