Key Responsibilities:

At least 14+ years of experience in Performance testing & engineering.

Strong Performance testing experience on COTS based applications & their Integrations - Salesforce, MuleSoft, API, etc.,

Working experience on Apache JMeter (must) and additional tools - LoadRunner, NeoLoad etc.,

Should have performance tested Salesforce applications

Performance testing with hands on experience in multiple performance testing tools - Apache JMeter (must), LoadRunner, NeoLoad etc.,

Able to troubleshoot the scripting issues and recommend to team to work as per business process expectations.

Capable of enterprise view and act as an advisor to the customer

Ability to strategize, plan and estimate for performance engineering

Strong in performance test results analysis and providing performance improvement recommendations

Understanding of system architecture (web servers, databases, APIs) at Enterprise level.

Ability to prepare technical and managerial reports

Ability to strategize at enterprise level

Excellence stakeholder management & able to effectively communicate across all stakeholders.

Excellent communication & articulation skills
