Technology Implementation Support (HL7_100% REMOTE)

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Configure software and application components during customer onboarding.


• Transform, map, and load healthcare related data into the system.


• Analyze and resolve technical and configuration issues that arise during implementation.


• Partner directly with users and stakeholders to ensure smooth adoption.


• Communicate technical concepts clearly and effectively.

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of database experience, including SQL (mandatory). Familiarity with MS Access or Oracle is a plus.


• Experience in a client facing or user support role.


• Background in software implementation, configuration, or technical onboarding.


• Healthcare data or healthcare IT experience strongly preferred.


• Knowledge of HL7 standards is preferred.
