Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to support a leading pharmaceutical manufacturing facility in Seymour, IN. The ideal candidate will have strong experience maintaining Oral Solid Dosage (OSD) production equipment in a GMP-regulated manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on pharmaceutical production equipment
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues
• Ensure maximum equipment uptime and operational reliability
• Maintain GMP-compliant maintenance documentation
• Support equipment optimization and continuous improvement initiatives
• Coordinate with production and engineering teams to minimize downtime
• Follow all safety, quality, and compliance standards

Required Skills & Experience:
• Strong maintenance experience in pharmaceutical or regulated manufacturing environments
• Hands-on experience with Oral Solid Dosage (OSD) equipment
• Experience working with:

• Tablet Presses
• Capsule Fillers
• Check Weighers
• Fluid Bed Dryers
• Pan Coaters
  • Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
  • Understanding of GMP regulations and documentation practices
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience supporting pharmaceutical production lines
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance programs
• Familiarity with electrical and mechanical systems in manufacturing facilities
