Summary

Our client, a leading global technology and marketplace company, is looking to hire a Platform Product Manager (Trust & Safety) in San Francisco, CA.

Pay Rate Range: $78/hr to $88/hr W2 (Depending upon experience)

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of Trust & Safety platform products.

  • Partner with Engineering, Data Science, Operations, Legal, and Policy teams to deliver scalable solutions.

  • Define product requirements, success metrics, and prioritization frameworks.

  • Build and enhance AI/ML-powered systems that detect and prevent fraud, abuse, safety risks, and other harmful activities.

  • Drive development of internal platforms, tools, and workflows used by multiple teams across the organization.

  • Balance customer needs, business objectives, and technical constraints to deliver impactful product outcomes.

  • Present product strategies, roadmaps, and performance updates to leadership and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of Product Management experience.

  • Experience in Trust & Safety, Fraud Prevention, Risk Management, Security, Identity Verification, Payments Risk, or related domains.

  • Proven track record of launching Machine Learning and AI-powered products.

  • Experience building platform products, internal tools, risk engines, enforcement systems, or operational workflows.

  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.

  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive alignment across multiple stakeholders.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Experience working in fast-paced, highly collaborative environments.

  • Familiarity with modern AI technologies, including LLMs, RAG architectures, model serving, and AI observability is a plus.
