Product Manager - Retail Marketing

Position: Product Manager - Retail Marketing
Location: Raleigh, NC (3 days in office)
Duration: 12 + Months Contract

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of overall professional experience, with at least 5+ years of hands-on Product Management experience.
• Proven experience managing digital products, mobile applications, retail technology, e-commerce platforms, or consumer-facing products.
• Strong understanding of the retail industry, including customer journeys, retail operations, merchandising, digital commerce, and omnichannel experiences.
• Demonstrated experience owning product strategy, product roadmaps, positioning, prioritization, and go-to-market initiatives.
• Experience partnering closely with engineering, marketing, sales, merchandising, and operations teams in a cross-functional environment.
• Strong understanding of retail marketing and customer engagement strategies.
• Experience using product and customer analytics to measure performance, identify opportunities, and drive product decisions.
• Strong ability to translate customer needs, market insights, and business objectives into product requirements and actionable roadmaps.
• Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment and influence teams without direct authority.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing or marketing a retail mobile app or consumer-facing digital product.
• Experience with omnichannel retail, loyalty, personalization, promotions, or customer engagement platforms.
• Experience with digital marketing, product analytics, experimentation/A-B testing, or customer data platforms.
• Experience working with large retailers, retail technology platforms, or e-commerce organizations.
• MBA or advanced degree in Business, Marketing, Product Management, Technology, or a related field is a plus.
