Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Help Desk Analyst to provide reliable technical support in a primarily Windows-based environment. This role will serve as a key point of contact for end users, handling account management, troubleshooting, and day-to-day IT support. The ideal candidate brings deep help desk experience, strong Microsoft 365 administration skills, and the ability to support both Windows and Mac users.
Key Responsibilities- Provide end-user technical support for hardware, software, and access-related issues.
- Serve as a primary support resource for Windows-based desktop and laptop environments.
- Administer Microsoft 365, including user account creation, access management, password resets, and permissions.
- Troubleshoot issues related to Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and other O365 services.
- Support basic Mac endpoints alongside Windows devices as needed.
- Respond to and resolve incidents and service requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Accurately document issues, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions within the ticketing system.
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring proper access and equipment setup.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
- Adapt to new tools and processes, including an upcoming migration to Jira.
Required Skills & Qualifications- 5+ years of true Help Desk experience supporting end users in a production environment.
- Strong experience administering Microsoft 365, including account management and access control.
- Solid background supporting Windows operating systems and common desktop applications.
- Proven troubleshooting skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while following established IT processes.
Preferred Qualifications- Experience supporting Mac OS in a mixed-environment setting.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems; Jira experience is a plus.
- Experience working in environments with evolving tools and processes.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $40.00/hr.
