Skill - SAP Project Manager
Location - Sunnyvale ,CA, USA, Hybrid
Client – CTS
10+ exp, H1 Candidates only
Candidate should be ready to join and work from office, Candidate expected to work from office from day 1 of his joining (exception for 1 OR 2 weeks for genuine reason on case-to-case basis). Submit profile only if candidate agreed for this.
Common expectations for all roles –
  • The ability to communicate successfully verbally and in writing with customers, end users and team members
  • > 8 years of professional SAP consulting experience.
  • SAP implementation project experience and well aware of SLDC.
  • Excellent communication skill and ability to manage expectations, project scope and assess client needs to suggest best possible solutions
  • Ability to create, manage, communicate and meet project timelines and goals
  • Experience of working in Onsite – Offshore model
  • SAP certification – Preferred.
  • Basic ABAP debugging for all functional roles – Preferred.
  • Technology – SAP SD/MM/FICO
Expectations / Deliverables for the Role
Responsibilities :
 
  • Responsible for the project execution of SAP Development/ implementations.
  • Manage project change in accordance with the change management plan to control scope, quality, schedule, cost, and contracts
  • Coordination with multiple stakeholder involved to drive the project through the life cycle.
  • Experience of managing SAP project with complex interfaces.
  • Experience of working with team spread across offshore / nearshore locations.
  • Extremely good communication and presentation skill
  • Expertise in project management methodology – Waterfall, Agile.
  • Requires excellent verbal and written communication skills. Prior experience in high tech or software industries is beneficial.
  • Responsible to oversee team leads to create and execute a project schedule and coordinate resource activities across the functional, development, business, training, and basis teams for delivery.
  • Responsible to prioritize work across multiple workstreams to coordinate delivery within allotted project timelines.
  • Responsible for "people management" on the project including schedules, responsibilities, and interim assessments of progress.
  • SAP Logistic OR Finance background will be preferred.
  • Strong project management / Program management experience.
  • Experience of managing SAP development / Implementation projects
  • Certification - PMI / Prince 2 (Preferred)
  • >10 Years of SAP experience.
  • > 5 Years of project management experience.
