Job Summary:

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and deploy cloud-native and AI-enabled enterprise applications end to end.
• Engage directly with customers and stakeholders to gather requirements, clarify technical constraints, and present solution approaches.
• Build scalable microservices-based backend systems using C# / .NET Core and Python.
• Design and implement AI-driven automation, agentic workflows, and LLM-integrated features within applications.
• Develop and maintain REST APIs, cloud service integrations, and enterprise connectors.
• Own DevOps workflows including CI/CD pipelines, containerized builds, and Kubernetes deployments.
• Collaborate with architects and cross-functional teams in design discussions, code reviews, and solution workshops.
• Proactively communicate progress, risks, and technical decisions to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Required Experience & Skills

Technical Experience

• 10+ years of hands-on software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in C# / .NET Core for backend service development.
• Strong working knowledge of Python for automation, scripting, and AI integration.
• Strong hands-on experience with Angular and modern front-end applications.
• Proven experience building microservices and distributed systems in production environments.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services, including application hosting, storage, messaging, and CI/CD automation.
• Strong proficiency in Docker and Kubernetes for containerized application deployments.

AI & Intelligent Automation

• Strong hands-on experience with LangChain and Semantic Kernel for building LLM-powered applications.
• Strong proficiency in Azure AI Services, including Azure OpenAI Service and Cognitive Services.
• Good knowledge of Azure AI Search as a vector store for retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) patterns.
• Strong understanding of prompt engineering, agentic workflows, and AI orchestration patterns.

Additional Technical Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in data modeling, query optimization, and selecting appropriate storage patterns. Proficiency in SQL Server, with working knowledge of CosmosDB, PostgreSQL, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of OAuth 2.0, Azure Entra ID, and API security best practices for enterprise applications.
• Good knowledge of application logging, monitoring, and alerting using Azure Application Insights or similar tools.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or Bicep is a value add.
