Job Title: NeoLoad Performance Tester
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced NeoLoad Performance Tester to design, develop, and execute performance testing strategies for enterprise applications. The role involves close collaboration with development, QA, and infrastructure teams to ensure system scalability, reliability, and optimal performance.
.aAt least 8 years of experience in Performance/Load Validation on enterprise level application
b. At least 5 years of hands-on experience delivering Salesforce solutions, with direct involvement in performance, scalability, or integration testing.
c. At least 3 years of experience in NeoLoad, including:
i. Script design, correlation, and parameterization
ii. Scenario execution and analysis
iii. Automation using NeoLoad CLI and REST APIs
iv. CI/CD integration for continuous performance validation
d. At least 1 year of experience performing API and middleware performance testing, including MuleSoft-based integrations, focusing on throughput, latency, and error handling.
e. Experience using mock services or service virtualization to isolate dependencies and simulate downstream system behavior during performance testing.
f. At least 1 year of experience in Capacity planning
g. At least 1 year of experience in Sales cloud
h. At least 1 year of experience understanding on GitLab/ Jenkins
i. At least 3 years of experience with Salesforce Event Monitoring, Shield and platform diagnostics
j. At least 1 year of experience with Salesforce data tools (Data Loader, ETL tools)
k. At least 1 year of experience and knowledge of data masking/obfuscation rules and privacy laws
l. At least 1 year of experience and knowledge of performance dashboards and log analysis
m. At least 1 year experience automating performance testing using NeoLoad, including the design, execution, and analysis of test scenarios without manual intervention.
n. At least 3 years' experience leveraging NeoLoad CLI and REST APIs to integrate performance tests into CI/CD pipelines, enabling continuous performance validation across development cycles.
o. At least 1 year experience with Copado CI/CD tool to manage Salesforce CI/CD pipelines, deployments, and release processes.
