ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:- Perform general maintenance and preventative care to ensure the hotel meets top-tier standards.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, lighting, HVAC, plumbing, and hotel equipment.
- Keep our hotel's exterior looking its best with seasonal upkeep.
- Refurbish and repair guest room furniture and fixtures as needed.
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and maintenance issues ensuring service standards are achieved.
REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES:- A self-motivated team player with a can-do attitude.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, work in varying temperatures, and operate heavy machinery.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Prior experience in hotel maintenance or a similar role is required.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
