    • Ideal profile is someone who is highly technical that transitioned to product management
    • Salesforce experience (not as a user but as actually building things)
    • SF certifications are great
    • Strong comms concise, clear, and articulate
  • Position context
    • Smart Home Internal Tools Product Manager
      • Products are internal facing so won't be able to see them on their website
    • Had a vendor handling this but need to bring the need in house due to issues in communication
    • Salesforce implementation recently

  • Specific SF modules and/or projects?
    • Using Salesforce Sales Cloud (primary focus initially)
    • A couple projects in flight depending on when these people onboard, things may change a bit
      • Bringing a whole new business on SF and need someone to support that

      • Need someone who can answer a lot of their own questions to be successful
  • Years of experience?
    • Need eight years of experience to justify the compensation band from an HR perspective
    • Combination of education and experience (could be 2 years of school and 6 years of professional experience)
  • Certifications?
    • Any SF certifications are great
  • Industry experience?
    • Flexible
