Overview
Our client is seeking a IT Support Technician Level II to join their IT team on a temporary basis while they identify a long-term hire. This individual will provide hands-on technical support in a fast-paced, onsite environment and play a key role in maintaining daily IT operations on-site.
Responsibilities
• Provide onsite desktop and help desk support for end users
• Image, deploy, and configure Windows-based workstations and laptops
• Perform Active Directory account creation, updates, and maintenance
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues
• Respond to and manage IT service tickets/work orders in a timely manner
• Assist with onboarding/offboarding processes including device setup and access provisioning
• Install, configure, and maintain desktop applications and peripherals
• Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff when necessary
• Maintain documentation related to support activities and system configurations
• Provide occasional weekend support as needed
Qualifications
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on IT support experience
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Windows environments
• Experience with imaging and device deployment
• Familiarity with Active Directory administration (account creation, password resets, permissions, etc.)
• General help desk and desktop support troubleshooting experience
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and technologies
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Reliable, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
