A bit about us:We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Manufacturing Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that our manufacturing processes operate efficiently and effectively to meet business objectives. - Lead and manage the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes to ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Utilize your skills in validation, 6S, Black Belt, and Kaizen to identify and implement process improvements and cost reductions.
- Develop and implement manufacturing plans and strategies to support business objectives.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that manufacturing processes align with product design and customer requirements.
- Drive the implementation of Lean Manufacturing principles and practices across the manufacturing facility, focusing on reducing waste and improving productivity.
- Perform root cause analysis of manufacturing issues and develop corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards in all manufacturing processes.
- Provide technical support and guidance to manufacturing personnel, and train them on new processes and equipment.
- Participate in the validation of new equipment and processes, and ensure their readiness for production.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure that manufacturing processes are being executed according to plan and are meeting desired outcomes.
Job DetailsQualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree will be considered an advantage.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the manufacturing industry.
- Proven experience with validation, 6S, Black Belt, and Kaizen.
- Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with a strong ability to analyze complex manufacturing issues and develop effective solutions.
- Strong project management skills, with a demonstrated ability to lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly and effectively convey complex information to a variety of audiences.
- Strong computer skills, with proficiency in MS Office Suite and manufacturing software.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Strong team player, with excellent collaboration and leadership skills.
- Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
- Certification in Six Sigma Black Belt or Lean Manufacturing will be considered an advantage.
