Position: Oracle OCM Lead
Location: Remote

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead to lead change initiatives for an Oracle Finance and Operations ERP implementation. The role focuses on managing the people side of transformation, driving adoption, minimizing resistance, and ensuring successful pre- and post-go-live support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end OCM strategy for Oracle Finance & Operations implementation
- Develop and execute change, communication, and training plans
- Identify stakeholders and manage change impact and risks
- Drive cultural transformation and user adoption
- Track KPIs and change effectiveness metrics
- Partner with cross-functional project teams
- Support go-live and post-go-live stabilization
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (Business, Engineering, Science, or related field)
- 5+ years’ experience in Oracle Finance/Operations and OCM
- Experience in matrix organizations and cultural change initiatives
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Preferred:
- Master’s degree
- Prior ERP transformation leadership experience
