Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Workday Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the management and administration of the Workday HR system while supporting a workforce across multiple countries.
Responsibilities
- Administer and configure the Workday system to meet various functional needs and manage updates.
- Provide user support and troubleshoot system issues, including integrations, to enhance user experience.
- Develop and deliver reports and analytics, ensuring data integrity and security protocols are established.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, IT, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and implement effective solutions.
- Conduct training sessions to empower users in effectively utilizing the Workday platform.
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proficient in Workday configuration, with a strong understanding of HR processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong communication skills to liaise with various departments and stakeholders.
Preferred Skills
- At least 4 years of experience with Workday configuration.
- Familiarity with Workday modules such as Recruitment, Talent & Performance Management, Absence, and Time Tracking.
- Experience in Security & Reporting within the Workday system.
