Overview
  • We are seeking a high-level Program/Project Manager to lead a large-scale servicing operations modernization initiative. This role will focus on transforming back-office workflows, including migrating from a legacy workflow platform to a modern case management solution, while driving process improvements, automation, and enhanced user experiences.
  • This is a high-visibility, cross-functional role requiring strong leadership across technology, operations, and business teams, with exposure to executive stakeholders.

A successful candidate will bring proven experience leading large-scale operational transformation programs, particularly those involving workflow or case management platforms and enterprise technology migrations. They must be skilled at driving cross-functional alignment across business, technology, and risk teams, while managing complex timelines, multiple workstreams, and executive stakeholders. Strong expertise in process redesign, automation, and delivering measurable operational efficiency improvements ideally within a regulated industry is essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a complex operational transformation program spanning workflow redesign, automation, and case management modernization.
  • Drive the migration from legacy workflow systems to modern platforms (e.g., K2 to Pega or similar).
  • Establish and manage the program roadmap, including prioritization of workstreams and delivery milestones.
  • Coordinate across Operations, Technology, Architecture, Risk, Compliance, and Business teams.
  • Oversee multiple workstreams, including dependencies, risks, and issue resolution.
  • Deliver executive-level reporting, dashboards, and communications to ensure transparency and alignment.
  • Facilitate decision-making across diverse stakeholder groups and drive alignment on priorities.
  • Ensure successful realization of efficiency gains, automation benefits, and improved customer and employee experiences.

Required Qualifications

  • Strong PM experience (8-10+ years) as a Program or Project Manager leading large-scale transformation initiatives
  • Demonstrated success delivering end-to-end operational transformation programs across technology and business functions
  • Experience working in fast-paced environments with aggressive timelines, with the ability to challenge processes and drive decisions
  • Proven ability to manage executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams
  • Background in workflow or case management platforms (Pega, ServiceNow, Salesforce, Appian, Nintex, K2, or similar)
  • Experience leading technology platform migrations and modernization efforts
  • Strong track record in business process redesign and operational excellence initiatives
  • Experience in financial services, banking, insurance, or other regulated industries
  • Expertise managing complex programs with multiple workstreams, risks, dependencies, and reporting structures
  • Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Seattle, WA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $85.00/hr.
