Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and talented Software Developer Intern to join our team. This internship provides an excellent opportunity for hands-on experience in software development within the context of government projects. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology, a strong desire to learn, and the ability to work collaboratively with our experienced development team.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the design, development, and maintenance of software applications.
  • Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Debug and resolve technical issues.
  • Conduct research and development on new technologies and tools.
  • Document development processes, code changes, and project progress.
  • Assist in testing and quality assurance activities.

Qualifications:
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of programming languages such as Java, Python, C++, or JavaScript.
  • Familiarity with web development frameworks and tools (e.g., Angular, React, Node.js).
  • Knowledge of databases and SQL.
  • Basic understanding of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Ability to obtain a security clearance (U.S. citizenship required).

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous internship or project experience in software development.
  • Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
  • Understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices.
  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)
