Google Cloud Platform Dialogflow Voice & Chatbot Developer

HYBRID MODEL - (3 days onsite - 2 days Remote)

Job Description:

• We are seeking an experienced Google Cloud Platform Dialogflow Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Voice Bot and Chatbot development.
• The ideal candidate should have real-world experience designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining conversational AI solutions on Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform).

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain chatbots and voice bots using Google Dialogflow (ES/CX)
• Integrate Dialogflow with backend services using Node.js
• Implement fulfillment logic using Cloud Functions / Cloud Run
• Work with REST APIs, third-party integrations, and enterprise systems
• Design conversation flows, intents, entities, contexts, and webhook logic
• Deploy, monitor, and troubleshoot bots on Google Cloud Platform
• Optimize bot performance, accuracy, and user experience
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong hands-on experience with Google Dialogflow (ES or CX)
• Experience building Voice Bots (Telephony, IVR, Google Contact Center AI)
• Strong programming experience in Node.js
• Solid experience with Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform) services
• Experience with Cloud Functions, Cloud Run, Pub/Sub
• Strong understanding of NLP concepts
• Experience integrating bots with enterprise applications
• Good debugging, troubleshooting, and communication skills
