Salary: $230,000 - $250,000 per year

Job DetailsWhat You Will Do:
- Architect and own complex, scalable backend systems from concept through production
- Set the technical direction, establish engineering standards, and mentor a team of talented engineers
- Partner with product and program management to plan and deliver high impact features
- Research and integrate cutting edge technologies including AI assisted development tools
- Debug difficult problems across a distributed codebase and drive continuous improvement
What You Bring:
- 15+ years of software development experience with demonstrated engineering leadership
- 8+ years of backend development experience
- 3+ years with TypeScript and AWS
- Deep distributed systems design expertise
- A track record of building platforms, reusable libraries, and high quality modular code
- Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience with AI assisted software development tools, this is a meaningful plus
