About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled
ServiceNow Developer with expertise in
Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) to join our Information Security technology team. In this role, you will design, develop, and enhance ServiceNow solutions that drive risk management capabilities, operational efficiency, and platform innovation.
You will work within an Agile environment, partnering with product owners, platform teams, architects, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and high-quality solutions. This position requires strong hands-on development expertise, a deep understanding of the ServiceNow ecosystem, and the ability to contribute to emerging technologies, including Agentic AI initiatives.
What You'll Do- Design, develop, configure, and maintain applications on the ServiceNow platform using industry best practices.
- Build and enhance solutions within the Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) module and related Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) capabilities.
- Contribute to Agentic AI and automation use cases that improve operational effectiveness and user experience.
- Develop secure, scalable, and maintainable applications using JavaScript, Glide APIs, and platform-native capabilities.
- Create, execute, and maintain unit tests, automated tests, and deployment pipelines to ensure solution quality.
- Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, architects, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
- Conduct code reviews and advocate for engineering excellence, security standards, and continuous improvement practices.
- Support integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise systems, including legacy applications and cloud-based solutions.
- Assess and implement ServiceNow platform upgrades, releases, and new feature capabilities.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance across project teams.
- Drive adoption of CI/CD practices and modern software development methodologies.
Minimum Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of software engineering or ServiceNow development experience.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
- Experience developing and configuring solutions across multiple ServiceNow modules.
- Strong proficiency in:
- JavaScript
- Glide API
- HTML
- CSS
- ServiceNow Platform Scripting
- Experience working in Agile, Scrum, or DevOps environments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve complex technical challenges.
Preferred Qualifications- Experience with ServiceNow Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) or Vendor Risk Management (VRM).

- ITIL frameworks
- Knowledge of ServiceNow releases from San Diego and later.
- Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines within ServiceNow environments.
- Familiarity with Common Service Data Model (CSDM).
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with enterprise and legacy applications.
- Understanding of cloud technologies and third-party SaaS platforms.
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification.
