Job Details
They could go onsite to NYC office in Hudson Yards OR to Berkley Heights NJ (Need Local Candidates)
We should look for people with more experience on business application and clear business driven objectives.
• Insurance domain required: Prefer P&C Insurance, but Life or other insurance experience is acceptable.
• Role focus: Business Analyst / Product-oriented profile, not overly technical.
• Business operations knowledge: Candidate should understand insurance business operations.
• User engagement: Responsible for daily touchpoints with business users.
• Collaboration with tech team: Should work closely with developers and assist with solution/design discussions.
• Product mindset: Looking for someone who can act like a Product person and manage/coordinate with business units.
• AI awareness: Must understand how AI can be applied in insurance processes such as claims, billing, etc.
• Technical stack understanding: Candidates should be able to clearly explain the technical stack used in their previous and current projects, as some candidates struggled to articulate this during interviews.
