Job Description:-

 

• This is a hands-on technical lead role requiring mobile PoC expertise, Power Platform/UiPath development, secure data handling, and integration skills. Candidates must combine leadership, development, and documentation capabilities, and be ready to work onsite full-time.

 

Purpose: Hands-on technical lead to support two major initiatives:

• DCP "On the Go” – PoC development, platform selection, mobile app feasibility evaluation.
• PBHU Mental Health Care – Power Platform development, integration, and delivery.

The role requires technical leadership, hands-on coding, integration expertise, and secure data handling.

 

Minimum Qualifications / Must-Have

• 8+ years software development experience, 3+ years in a lead/technical specialist role.
• Proven experience building/testing mobile apps (Native, React Native/Flutter, or Low-Code).
• Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript, Swift/Kotlin, C#, or similar.
• Hands-on with UiPath, Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps Model-Driven, Power Automate, Dataverse).
• Experience integrating third-party connectors and document generation workflows.
• Practical understanding of security architecture, OAuth/SAML, and secure data handling.
• Excellent technical documentation and communication skills.

 

Scope of Work / ResponsibilitiesA. DCP “On the Go” – PoC & Platform Evaluation

• Build PoCs for high-risk mobile requirements: offline sync, complex authentication.
• Rapidly prototype Native, Cross-Platform, or Low-Code components to test feasibility.
• Evaluate platforms based on TCO, scalability, maintenance, and skillset compatibility.
• Produce technical documentation, trade-offs, and clean PoC code for handoff.

 

B. PBHU Mental Health Care – Power Platform Development

• Lead Power Apps Model-Driven development with complex business logic.
• Develop/test UiPath or Power Automate flows, including PDF/document automation.
• Configure and maintain Dataverse schema, ensuring data integrity and security compliance.

 

C. Cross-Cutting Responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance across both projects.
• Participate in architecture/security reviews.
• Ensure alignment with client technology standards.
• Support planning, risk assessments, and go/no-go decisions.

 

Key Skills / Screening Criteria
