SAP Program Manager - ONSITE

Vega Consulting is Hiring! SAP Program Manager for our direct Parsippany based client. This is an onsite position that will require the candidate to reside within a commutable distance to the client site.

This is a business-driven program management role supporting a portfolio of SAP S/4HANA initiatives (this is not a hands-on SAP delivery role). The Program Manager ensures strong governance, executive alignment, cross-workstream dependency management, and organizational readiness, with deep focus on the Order to Cash (OTC) domain. This role bridges strategy and execution, driving cohesion across initiatives without directly managing wave-level deployments.

Required Experience

• Bachelor s degree
• 8+ years program/project management experience
• 3 5+ years supporting SAP ERP (ECC or S/4HANA) transformations
• Direct Order to Cash experience in SAP
• Strong cross-functional and vendor coordination skills
• PREFER Candidates with a Manufacturing back ground
• Strong back ground wotking within a PMO, TMO, or business-side SAP transformations
• Comfortable influencing without authority
