Job Summary

Client seeking a Workday Talent & Performance Functional Consultant to optimize our talent management technology. You will lead design performance review cycles, and streamline succession planning workflows. This role bridges global HR strategy and Workday technology to drive employee engagement and growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Process Optimization: Map existing HR processes to Workday best practices for seamless automated workflows.
• Performance Cycles: Launch and manage annual evaluation cycles, continuous feedback tools, and calibration sessions.
• System Configuration: Design and configure Workday Talent & Performance modules including goals, reviews, and talent pools.
• Succession Planning: Build pipeline frameworks, readiness matrices, and leadership succession dashboards within the tenant.
• Security & Testing: Maintain functional security groups, write testing scripts, and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Reporting & Analytics: Create custom reports, matrix reports, and dashboards for leadership talent metrics.
• Feature Adoption: Evaluate twice-yearly Workday releases to implement new talent features and enhancements.

Qualifications

• Experience: Workday functional configuration experience.
• Module Expertise: Deep knowledge of Workday HCM core, Talent Optimization, and Performance Management.
• Skills: Strong analytical capabilities to translate complex HR requirements into technical solutions.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Information Systems, Business, or equivalent experience.
