Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Entry-Level Data Analyst to join our team on a W2 basis. This is a fully remote opportunity ideal for candidates looking to begin or grow their career in data analytics.

The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of data analysis, Excel, SQL, and reporting, along with strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Collect, clean, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources
Prepare reports, dashboards, and data summaries
Use Excel and SQL to analyze business data
Identify trends, patterns, and data quality issues
Support senior analysts and business teams with data-driven insights
Assist with data visualization and dashboard development
Maintain accurate documentation of analysis and reporting processes
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote environment

Required Skills

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field preferred
Basic knowledge of SQL
Strong Microsoft Excel skills
Understanding of data analysis and reporting concepts
Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools is a plus
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
