We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Payroll Cloud Consultant to manage, configure, support, and optimize Oracle’s Payroll Cloud solution. The ideal candidate will have deep functional expertise in Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) with strong payroll process knowledge and hands-on experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll implementation and support.

 Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute end-to-end implementation of Oracle HCM Payroll Cloud modules.
• Gather and analyze business requirements related to payroll, time & labor, and HR processes.
• Configure payroll rules, elements, balances, formulas, tax calculations, and statutory requirements.
• Manage integration between Oracle Payroll and other HCM modules (Core HR, Absence, Time & Labor) and external systems (e.g., banks, benefits providers).
• Test payroll components including parallel payroll runs, retroactive processing, and validations.
• Troubleshoot payroll processing issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Conduct user training and prepare documentation (process flows, configuration guides, work instructions).
• Support payroll upgrades, patches, and feature activations.
• Ensure compliance with local, regional, and global payroll statutory requirements.
• Collaborate with technical teams (Oracle Integration, BI/OTBI reporting, Security) during design and deployment.
• Provide post-go-live support, monitoring, and performance optimization.

Core Skills & Expertise

Technical / Functional

• Strong expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll configuration and implementation.
• Understanding of global payroll processes (EOY adjustments, retro payments, off-cycle calculations).
• Knowledge of Oracle HCM modules: Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management, Time & Labor, Benefits.
• Ability to configure payroll elements, costing allocations, statutory reporting, and tax setup.
• Experience with Oracle tools like Fast Formulas, Payroll Interface Tables, and OTBI/BI Publisher.
• Experience with payroll integrations (middleware, flat files, APIs).
• Solid troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills.
