Requires: Bachelor's degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Accounting, or a related field and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or a related role. Prior employment must include two (2) years of experience with: working for clients in structured finance transactions in the transport sector applying understanding of specific roles, timing, deliverables, and scope of work; reviewing and performing quantitative analysis based on complex legal documents such as commitment papers, fee letters, and purchase and sale agreements; building technical and complex dynamic financial modeling and analysis that include numerous financing scenarios and incorporate corporate finance concepts, risk return dynamics and GAAP and non-GAAP (or foreign equivalent) principles, including cash-flow based models, three statement models, discounted cash flow analysis, and comparable company analysis; and analyzing financial statements, financial projections, and models as prepared in various formats by clients.
