We are seeking an experienced Lead Security Engineer with strong expertise in enterprise security architecture, network security, and cloud security technologies. The ideal candidate will work closely with developers, system engineers, project managers, and stakeholders to ensure systems are designed and implemented in compliance with federal security requirements and industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain enterprise security solutions and architectures.
- Analyze security requirements and ensure systems meet applicable compliance and security standards.
- Identify vulnerabilities, security gaps, and risks during the system development lifecycle and provide effective remediation strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security controls into development, infrastructure, and cloud environments.
- Evaluate and recommend security technologies, deployment strategies, and implementation plans.
- Support DevOps and cloud initiatives, including CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
- Conduct security assessments and recommend improvements to strengthen enterprise security posture.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in enterprise security architecture, security engineering, and systems administration.
- 2–3 years of hands-on cloud security experience.
- Strong knowledge of computer and network security principles, technologies, and best practices.
- Experience with CDM, DevOps methodologies, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code.
- Ability to analyze complex environments and determine appropriate security solutions and deployment strategies.
- CISSP, CAP, CEH, Security+, GIAC Certified Incident Handler (GCIH), Offensive Security Certified Professional (OSCP) Or equivalent certification
