Looking for Ex Freddie or Fannie experience with mortgage domain
· 8+ Experience with data analysis
· Experience with SQL and querying databases
· Experience with software requirements management and testing
· Knowledge of mortgage finance a plus
· Knowledge of the Agile software development methodology a plus
· Collaborate with application owners to review defined business processes.
· Review and define technical and/or data requirements for moderately complex application enhancements.
· Contribute to application test plan and evaluate test results.
· Conduct requirement analysis and advanced work for new capabilities and enhancements for products and services owned by Enterprise data
· Work with Product Owners and Scrum teams and lead discussion on features and requirements and weigh in design decisions for products and technology solutions.
· Communicate product vision, capabilities, and value to various audiences. Prepare product briefing at pertinent stages of releases.
· Provide consultation and training for product adoption, provide business domain and/or technology and/or process expertise across teams and mentoring to others on team.
· Establish test scenarios, participate and review tests, and perform post-production validations for releases
· Must have strong experience in Data Analysis in an enterprise DWH environment.
· Advanced knowledge in SQL writing is required
· Strong analyst background in data-oriented applications
· Must have experience working in large, fast paced Agile projects.
· Knowledge of Mortgage Industry – must be able to understand mortgage data.
· Prior experience with Secondary Mortgage firms is a plus.
