  • Interface with customers, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure project success
  • Maintain high standards for product quality, reliability, and delivery
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and team innovation
  • Apply and support ISO 9001 quality management principles

What You Bring
  • Deep experience with low, medium, and high voltage switchgear and associated hardware (automatic voltage regulators, governors, protection relays, auto-synchronizers)
  • Background supporting military, marine, data center, or other mission-critical applications
  • Experience with PLC hardware and programming (ladder logic, function block, structured text)
  • Familiarity with communication protocols such as Modbus, Profibus, and CANbus (serial and Ethernet)
  • Ability to read and design to MIL, ABS, ANSI, IEEE, UL, and IEC standards
  • Experience with equipment qualification for shock, vibration, and EMI
  • Strong technical writing skills and ability to support proposal development
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; AutoCAD and SolidWorks experience is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Computer, or Mechatronic Engineering
  • 7+ years of relevant engineering and product/system design experience
  • PE license is a plus, but not required

Schedule & Travel
  • Monday-Friday, standard business hours
  • Fully remote available
  • Travel up to 25%, mostly to location in South Carolina
