Job Description:
Seeking an experienced .NET Lead to support enterprise application development and modernization initiatives.
The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Microsoft technologies, leadership capabilities, and experience delivering scalable enterprise solutions in Agile environments.
Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end development activities for enterprise .NET applications.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications and APIs using .NET technologies.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and offshore/onshore teams.
• Provide technical guidance, code reviews, and mentorship to development teams.
• Develop and support Microservices and RESTful APIs.
• Participate in application modernization and cloud migration initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, security policies, and best practices.
• Support CI/CD implementations and production deployments.
• Troubleshoot application issues and provide long-term solutions.
Must Have:
Devsecops ,Azure devops,Entra ID
Required Skills:
• 8+ years of experience in .NET application development.
• Strong hands-on experience with C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, MVC, and Web API.
• Experience with SQL Server and performance optimization.
• Strong knowledge of Microservices architecture and REST APIs.
• Hands-on experience with Azure cloud services.
• Experience with Git, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent communication and team leadership skills.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience with Angular or ReactJS.
• Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
• Prior experience in logistics, supply chain, or enterprise environments is preferred.
• Experience coordinating with onsite and offshore teams
