Salary: $115k - $128k + 10% bonus



We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead high-impact IT and operational technology initiatives across infrastructure, cybersecurity, networking, and end-user computing. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys driving cross-functional collaboration, and has a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.



What You Will Do



  • Lead IT and OT projects end-to-end, from initiation through delivery and closure

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to define scope, requirements, timelines, and budgets

  • Build and manage detailed project plans, including milestones, dependencies, risks, and mitigation strategies

  • Track progress against scope, schedule, and budget, ensuring alignment with business objectives

  • Provide regular project updates to leadership, including risks, issues, and key milestones

  • Manage vendors and contracts, ensuring performance, accountability, and alignment to project goals

  • Drive resource planning and proactively identify capacity gaps or constraints

  • Maintain accurate schedules and reporting using tools such as Smartsheet or MS Project

  • Ensure adherence to change management and governance processes



What You Bring



  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field

  • 3-5 years of experience in technical project management

  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices

  • Experience managing multiple concurrent projects in a fast-moving environment

  • Proficiency with project management tools such as Smartsheet or MS Project

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities

  • Proven ability to manage stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams effectively



Nice to Have



  • PMP certification

  • Experience with IT or OT environments

  • Background in data center or infrastructure-focused organizations
