Genesis10 is currently seeking a Business Systems Analyst for a 6 month contract role with our client in Eagan, MN. This role is hybrid, working 2 days/week in office. Candidates must have prior experience with healthcare claims systems to be considered. About the Role: - Document system requirements for a variety of systems that make up the medical records ecosystem. Technologies leveraged include but are not limited to Pega, and internally built cloud-based applications.
- Act as delivery coordinator on one or more scrum teams to apply agile delivery concepts to iteratively deliver value to business partners and customers.
- Work with product owners, business stakeholders, architects, developers, technical leadership to analyze and plan technology solutions for business needs.
- Apply health care data domain and technical knowledge to technical problem solving and solutioning.
- Help translate business needs into technical solution designs.
- Research technology trends and contribute to designs and platform decisions.
Required Skills And Experiences - 5 years of Business Systems Analysis experience
- Strong collaborative, willing to share knowledge,
- Knowledge, experience, and familiarity with requirements documentation including detailed technical mapping.
- SQL for querying and analyzing data
- Healthcare Claims Experience
- JIRA Experience
- High school diploma (or equivalency) and legal authorization to work in the U.S.
Preferred Skills And Experience - Bachelor's Degree.
- Experience with system integrations (real-time, batch, API, streaming)
Requirements: - Systems analyst can go from system to system and project to project.. need rigor to convert req's int what they need
- Need a delivery lead with focus is on systems analyst
- BSA / Scrum Master with technical elements
- Tied to the project - if there is work there (sys analyst work) would not be as heavily scrum master
- Heavy data elements - systems data analyst
- Healthcare experience - would love no matter what... they should know healthcare.
- Data mapping
Nice to have: - SQL... NOT a requirement
- Better to come from a technology background... can be heavily data related...
- Medical records centralization - API's
Compensation:
Hourly W2 pay: $65.00 to $72.00/hour
We have access to additional contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire positions with various rate ranges.
