Summary
Location & Work Arrangement
- City, State: Mechanicsville, VA
- Work Arrangement: Hybrid. (Requirement: On-site minimum of 3 days per week).

Key Responsibilities
Governance & CMDB Management
- Develop, implement, and maintain configuration management policies aligned with ITIL standards and Commonwealth of Virginia (COV) policies.
- Own the CMDB (Configuration Management Database), ensuring completeness, accuracy, and compliance across the enterprise.
- Define and enforce policies for CI identification, control, and reporting.
Technical Integration & Collaboration
- Partner with Infrastructure, Network, Security, and Cloud teams to gather and maintain CI information.
- Integrate Azure resources within the CMDB to support FinOps and Change Management activities.
- Manage Ivanti Neurons for ITSM, including CI class modeling and the use of discovery tools.
Quality & Compliance
- Monitor and audit configuration data to ensure reliability and service delivery excellence.
- Establish and track KPIs and metrics for Configuration Management maturity and CMDB health.
- Support IT governance, risk, and compliance initiatives by providing leadership on best practices.
