Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst with 2+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, and business intelligence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to help drive business decisions, improve operational efficiency, and identify growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Gather, clean, validate, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources.
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using BI tools.
Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements.
Create and automate recurring reports for management and business teams.
Monitor data quality and ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data.
Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support strategic business initiatives.
Document data processes, business rules, and reporting methodologies.
Assist in designing and improving data collection systems and processes.
Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
