Position: Business System Analyst - Salesforce, API/Microservices

Location : Dallas TX (onsite)

Job Description:
We are looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst with strong experience in API integrations and microservices architecture. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and development teams to gather requirements, support system integrations, and improve business processes using Salesforce and modern API-based solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and document business and technical requirements for Salesforce enhancements, APIs, and microservices.

• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and development teams.

• Analyze data from Salesforce and other systems to support decision-making.

• Support API integrations, testing, and validation of system configurations.

• Identify process improvements and recommend automation or integration solutions.

• Maintain documentation including use cases, workflows, and system configurations.

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of experience with Salesforce.

• Strong knowledge of REST APIs and Microservices architecture.

• Experience as a Business Analyst in system integration projects.

• Strong documentation, communication, and analytical skills.

• Salesforce Certification is a plus.
