Job Description- Design and implement scalable and effective technical solutions to meet business needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable solutions.
- Develop architectural frameworks and best practices for the technology team.
- Ensure systems are aligned with company goals and industry standards.
- Support the integration of new technologies and tools into existing systems.
- Provide guidance to development teams on technical direction and implementation.
- Conduct regular reviews to ensure system performance and reliability.
- Document architectural designs and maintain up-to-date technical documentation.

The Successful ApplicantA successful candidate should have:
- Experience working in client-facing technical roles such as Technical Implementation Manager, Technical Account Manager, Solutions Consultant, Integrations Engineer, Systems Analyst, or similar positions supporting complex software deployments.
- Proven background in B2B SaaS environments, ideally within payments, fraud prevention, risk management, identity verification, AML, or compliance technology.
- Strong ability to partner with both technical and business stakeholders, effectively translating complex requirements into practical solutions for customers and internal teams.
- Demonstrated success managing multiple implementations or projects concurrently while driving timelines, stakeholder alignment, and successful delivery.
- Hands-on experience using SQL to analyze and validate data, investigate issues, and support implementation or integration efforts.
- Solid understanding of APIs, data integrations, and JSON, including the ability to troubleshoot data flows and work with technical documentation.
- Familiarity with API tools and modern development environments, such as Postman, OpenAPI/Swagger, Python, Bash, Ruby, Golang, or related technologies.
- Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable operating in fast-paced environments where customer experience and successful delivery are critical.
