IBM TRIRIGA / Maximo CAFM Developer

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced IBM TRIRIGA / Maximo CAFM professional to support development, optimization, and ongoing enhancement of enterprise facilities management systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research, design, implement, and manage software programs.

• Test and evaluate new programs and system enhancements.

• Collaborate closely with developers, UX designers, business analysts, and systems analysts.

• Provide development and optimization services for IBM TRIRIGA / Maximo CAFM applications.

• Create, define, and refine dimensions, rules, and processes to align with evolving business requirements.

• Develop streamlined processes aligned with the data model to enhance system performance.

• Support system upgrades, including environment upgrades, planning and executing content migration, and ensuring minimal business disruption.

• Manage transition activities during system upgrades.

• Develop, modify, and support report writing using BIRT.

• Modify existing TRIRIGA components to improve processes, maintenance workflows, and overall system efficiency.

Minimum Requirements:

• Experience as a Facilities Manager

• Experience contracting on IBM TRIRIGA / Maximo products for at least one contract

• Experience with TRIRIGA Projects Version 10

• Experience as a Workplace Reservation Manager

• Experience as a Real Estate Manager
