Job Description:
Experienced Project Manager with strong expertise in handling client expectation management to lead and manage end-to-end SAP supply chain projects. The ideal candidate will drive successful implementation, support, and optimization of SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP), Order Based Planning (OBP), Advanced Planning and Optimization (APO), and S/4 HANA modules.
Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure adherence to scope, schedule, cost, and quality baselines using PM best practices (PM 101).
• Manage full project lifecycle: requirement gathering, blueprinting, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure project success by chasing dependencies.
• Manage dependencies across multiple vendors and parallel programs impacting IBP testing and deployment cycles.
• Coordinate resources, timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation throughout project phases.
• Manage stakeholder communications, status reporting, and change management activities.
• Provide subject matter expertise (SME) on SAP supply chain planning modules and best practices. – Good to have
• Lead APO, OBP and S4 HANA projects focusing on Demand Planning and Supply Chain optimization – Good to have

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 8 to 10 years of overall IT/consulting experience with at least 5 years in SAP Supply Chain modules (IBP, OBP APO, S/4 HANA).
• Strong expertise in Demand Planning (DP) and Supply Network Planning (SNP).
• Proven track record in managing SAP projects for SAP IBP implementation projects.
• Good knowledge of SAP IBP modules for Demand, Supply, and Inventory Planning.
• Good experience in tracking the project in Jira for defect management & Jira reporting
• Good to Have: Experience managing with S/4 HANA and APO SNP modules.
• Excellent project management skills including Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong communication skills and stakeholder management capabilities.
• PMP or Prince2 or another relevant certification is a plus
• Willingness to relocate as needed.
• Software Development background
• 5–7 years of Project Management / Program Coordination experience
• Experience in planning or supply chain implementation projects
• Hands-on exposure to SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) or similar planning platforms
• Strong understanding of project dependencies and delivery management
• Experience using Jira for project tracking
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Strong communication and coordination abilities
