• 4–10 years of hands-on FPGA design experience (VHDL)
• Strong experience in:
o Synchronous digital design fundamentals
o Clocking, CDC, reset-domain considerations
o Timing analysis and closure
• Experience with Xilinx/AMD or Intel FPGA platforms
• Ability to develop state machines, DSP blocks, and interface logic
• Experience with lab bring-up and FPGA system debugging
