Description:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Workday Functional Consultant to lead end-to-end Workday implementations and complex enhancements. This role partners closely with business leaders, HR/Finance teams, and technical resources to design scalable Workday solutions, provide strategic guidance, and mentor junior consultants
Required Skills
Atkeast 12+ years of Workday experience with at least one major implementation
Deep hands-on experience in one or more Workday functional modules
Strong understanding of Workday security, business process framework, and reporting
Proven experience leading workshops and managing senior stakeholders
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Bachelor s degree in Business, HR, Finance, IT, or related field
