Title – Technical Business Analyst
Location – NY (Hybrid 3 days onsite)
Rate – DOE
Duration - Contract
Key Responsibilities-
- Partner with the business to help translate high-level business requirements into detailed functional, testable specifications.
- Work as a member of an Agile squad in the development of surveillance controls
- Work as a liaison between the business unit and the delivery team in all phases of development, from product definition to deployment
- Perform feasibility analysis, scope projects, prioritize deliverables, recommend alternative solutions and project strategies, and engage in negotiations.
- Act as SME to the business, working with them on system and data questions
- Write BDD cases that can be used to streamline QA and UAT processes
Skills required:
- Strong SQL and Data Analysis knowledge is a must; Knowledge of Java, Scala, or Python is preferred.
- Experience in Testing/Tuning of Natural Language Models used in the ECOMMS domain.
- At least 3-5 years of experience with software development projects
- Relevant work experience with business requirements definition and management (end-to-end), structured analysis, process design, and use case documentation
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Effective collaborator across a variety of IT and Business groups, regions, roles, and levels
