A bit about us:

Our client is seeking a Senior Manager, Data & Analytics to lead a high-impact team responsible for data engineering, business intelligence, and analytics reporting across the organization. This player-coach leadership role oversees Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse Analytics, Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, and Oracle Cloud Analytics environments while driving modernization initiatives, data governance, and enterprise reporting strategy. The ideal candidate brings strong technical leadership, experience managing analytics teams, and a proven ability to align data solutions with business objectives. Experience with Microsoft Fabric implementations, cloud data architecture modernization, and enterprise-scale reporting environments is highly preferred.

Now Hiring: Senior Manager, Data & Analytics

Our client is seeking a Senior Manager, Data & Analytics to lead a high-performing team responsible for enterprise data engineering, business intelligence, and analytics reporting. This is a highly visible leadership role where you'll drive data strategy, modernize architecture, and partner with business leaders to deliver impactful data-driven solutions.

Lead data engineering, BI, and analytics teams
Drive Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse Analytics, Power BI, and Microsoft Fabric initiatives
Shape data architecture modernization and governance strategy
Partner with Finance, Supply Chain, Logistics, and executive stakeholders
Balance hands-on technical leadership with project management and people leadership responsibilities

We're looking for a leader with experience in data engineering, analytics, cloud data platforms, team management, and enterprise reporting environments. Microsoft Fabric experience is highly preferred.
