Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled AEM Developer with Adobe Workfront experience to join our team supporting digital experience and workflow automation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) along with Adobe Workfront integration and configuration, helping streamline content lifecycle and marketing operations.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain solutions using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
Integrate Adobe Workfront with AEM for end-to-end workflow and content management.
Develop and customize AEM components, templates, workflows, and services.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, marketing teams, and UX designers to gather requirements.
Implement Workfront workflows, dashboards, and automation processes.
Ensure seamless content publishing, asset management, and approvals.
Troubleshoot and optimize performance of AEM applications.
Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and best practice implementation.
Support deployment and CI/CD processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
5+ years of experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) development.
Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Workfront (Fusion, workflows, integrations).
Proficiency in:
Java, J2EE
OSGi, Sling, JCR
HTL (Sightly), Servlets
Experience with REST APIs and third-party integrations.
Knowledge of frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
Familiarity with version control tools like Git.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with AEM as a Cloud Service.
Adobe certifications (AEM Developer / Architect).
Knowledge of Adobe Marketing Cloud ecosystem.
Exposure to DevOps tools (Jenkins, Maven, etc.).
