Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst III to join a fast-paced, AI-driven environment. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SQL, big data pipelines, ETL processes, and analytics reporting. This role requires someone who can work independently, provide technical leadership, and support data-driven decision-making across cross-functional teams.
The candidate should have experience working with large-scale datasets consisting of millions of rows and preferably come from big tech or AI-centric organizations. A strong blend of Data Engineering and Analytical capabilities is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with growth marketers, program managers, and central analytics teams to gather business and reporting requirements.
Design, develop, and maintain automated dashboards, reports, and analytical solutions using BI tools such as Tableau or MicroStrategy.
Build, optimize, and maintain scalable ETL pipelines for campaign reporting and marketing operations.
Develop high-quality SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze large-scale datasets.
Partner with analytics and cross-functional stakeholders to identify and resolve data integrity and reporting accuracy issues.
Support large-scale data extraction, ingestion, and processing from multiple data sources.
Drive automation initiatives for reporting and operational analytics.
Guide teams on data engineering best practices and scalable pipeline development.
Work independently in ambiguous and fast-changing environments while demonstrating strong leadership capabilities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor s Degree required (STEAM degree preferred).
5+ years of hands-on experience with SQL databases such as Oracle, Vertica, Hive, MySQL, etc.
Strong experience building and maintaining large-scale data pipelines and ETL processes.
Experience working with distributed systems for data extraction, ingestion, and processing.
Hands-on experience with Business Intelligence tools such as Tableau, MicroStrategy, or similar platforms.
Experience with Python and/or R for data analysis and automation.
Experience working in AI-centric organizations or utilizing AI tools in analytics workflows.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Must-Have Skills
1. Strong SQL expertise with large-scale data handling

Preferred Candidate Profile
Experience working in Big Tech environments is highly preferred.
Strong Data Engineering background combined with analytical expertise.
