Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented PC Refresh Technician to support a large-scale desktop refresh initiative. The technician will assist with preparing, imaging, deploying, and decommissioning IT equipment in a fast-paced enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities

Inventory and organize IT equipment
Unbox and prepare desktops, laptops, monitors, and accessories
Apply Windows 11 OS images using SCCM and Intune
Install and configure software in a Windows 11 environment
Update asset and inventory records in ServiceNow
Deploy hardware assets as required
Assist with decommissioning old equipment
Follow deployment procedures and schedules accurately
Provide basic technical support during deployment activities

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems and imaging tools
Familiarity with SCCM, Intune, or similar deployment technologies preferred
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely
Good communication and time management skills
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
Must be able to pass required background checks
